At first glance you MIGHT mistake Oszy for a Trollan, but he's not. There's several subtle differences. He's, in fact, a Harry Potter fan character created by Rin. His idea for him sounded spontaneously fun to draw, so.. I did.

Hmmm, not a Trollan eh? Maybe a house elf was doing some laundry and ended up washing a dementor's cloak. Some enchanted blue clothes got mixed in the batch and had the unintended effect of turning the house elf blue and permanently bonding the dementor's cloak onto him.
